CLASSES
What
will I need? Hand

Hand
wraps are $10, and boxing gloves cost $65 and up.
BOXING
CONDITIONING
It's
the workout you've been looking for! Intensify your training and
achieve peak performance using the boxer's workout. Increase your
stamina and endurance. Classes are easy to follow and will give
you a fantastic cardiovascular workout. It's no secret that boxers
are the best conditioned athletes. So come in and experience this
ultimate conditioning program.

PLYO/CORE
TRAINING
This
class is a complete
total body workout program. The
combination of unique training systems will tone muscle, burn
fat, and increase strength. The results
are overall improvement in your balance, firmness, and power.
Learn
to maximize
your power while improving overall balance, firmness and raw
strength.

BOXING
With
no prior experience necessary, you will join right in and benefit
from these non-contact cardio-intense training classes. Bring
the fun back into your exercise! You will benefit from and enjoy
this class that includes a warm up, stretching, heavy bag work,
focus mitts, plyometric training and an intense abdominal burn.
The class ends with a rewarding cool down and stretch.

BOXING
TECH & CONDITIONING
Learn
proper stance, combinations and technique while achieving your
physical exercise goals. The class will leave you with a feeling
like a Champ. Train like the pros! Classes are designed and instructed
by 3X Golden Gloves Champion and USA Boxing certified coach, Patrick
Ragan. You will soon be in the best shape of your life and ready
to take on all contenders!

YOUTH
CONDITIONING CLASSES
Our
boxing conditioning youth program combines boxing techniques with
plyometric training to optimize cardiovascular health. By utilizing
the tools of boxing; heavy bags, focus mitts, jump rope and medicine
ball with push-ups, sit-ups and high-energy agility activities,
we create a fun, challenging and enjoyable workout routine that
will motivate all participants to reach their potential.
All
Classes are non-contact. The programs' skill and agility routines
will greatly improve students' abilities in other sports of choice
and offers a "total body" cardio workout that not only improves
overall strength and power, it increases hand-eye coordination,
footwork, and stamina. Many top Professional baseball, basketball,
soccer, and football players cross-train with boxing to achieve
peak performance in their sport.
Students
will also benefit with these fun and challenging classes by discovering
a new found self-confidence and discipline that can be used in
other areas of life. Boxing also is a great form of self-defense.

YOUTH
COMPETITION
For
the youth interested in competing in USA Boxing sanctioned events,
you will need to be licensed through USA BOXING. We provide all
necessary paperwork and information needed to complete the forms.
The
beginning of this program will require two days a week. As training
progresses, you will be at the gym and/or at the running track
up to 5 days a week, along with sparring once to twice a week.
This class will provide a foundation for work ethic and conditioning.
We will focus on advanced skills and agility routines that will
take your conditioning to the next level and prepare you for competition.
Stage 2 of plyometric training and intensified speed/strength
training is implemented.
We
will cover proper diet, eating habits, and sleeping routines along
with the need to maintain proper grades at school to continue
the workload at the gym.
Our
pre-requisite to joining this class is the successful completion
of conditioning classes and/or the coaches evaluation. All students
must be licensed through USA Boxing prior to sparring and competing.
