Why a Boxing work-out? Boxing's continuous, full-body movements - with or without contact - make for an intense cardiovascular workout that can shape and tone muscles while developing balance, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. If it's a workout you're looking for, boxing offers a real calorie-incinerating, stress reducing sweat-a-thon. Classes provide a maximum workout, and you don't need to step into the ring with the heavy hitters to reap the benefits. All classes are one hour, easy to follow and non-contact.

Why W.B.C.? Our trainers are certified, and experienced boxers. We are NOT aerobics instructors pretending to know a thing or two about boxing. We take this very seriously. We have worked hard to build a facility that will offer the best equipment such as our Pavi gym flooring and soft leather heavy bags. We structure classes that are easy to follow while still offering great weight loss and conditioning benefits. People will learn how much fun getting fit and staying healthy can be in a positive, encouraging environment. A facility like no other in the bay area, we offer the best in boxing conditioning and plyometric training.

I'm not a competitive Boxer Can I Still Benefit? Absolutely, yes! The boxing style workout is one of the best in the world of sports. At any level, beginner, intermediate or advanced, our classes will provide you with many benefits both physically and mentally. We use a boxing based routine and include plyometric training that will benefit every member.

What do I need to participate in classes? You will need hand wraps and boxing gloves. W.B.C. carries all the necessary equipment you'll need, along with great boxing apparel.

Do you have private training? Yes, we offer one-on-one personal training and small group personal training.

What are your hours of operation? We are open during our Group Classes. (Please see the SCHEDULE for details.) All other hours are by appointment only for Personal Training, fitness evaluations or boxers workouts.

Any special programs? Yes, we have Boot Camps which are 4 or 6 week sessions that will positively get you in the best shape of your life. (please see BOOT CAMPS for details)
